Oxygen, a website designed for women, was founded by Oprah Winfrey, Gerry Laybourne and Marcy Carsey. Laybourne describes Oxygen as "a catalyst, an agent of transformation and inspiration. And that's exactly what our network is. Not a transformer of women, but an agent for them to transform themselves — a facilitator for women to inspire each other." While consulting for Mullen Advertising Agency, based in Massachusetts, we were technical consultants on the Oxygen account, coding HTML pages for Oxygen promotion. Implementation included HTML, DHTML and JavaScript.
